First, we'd like to introduce ourselves to you.  My name is Anna L. Bryant, Esq.  and I practiced law in Naples for 10 years as a trial lawyer in my own firm that I built from the ground up.  As you can imagine, that gave me an opportunity to hone my negotiation skills which I think you'll find to be in your favor.  My husband, the other half of the Brown-Bryant Team, is Mike Bryant.  Mike has been in sales for over 30 years and has mastered innovative marketing, sales, and negotiations through his years of experience.  Furthermore, Mike has ties to local builders, contractors, interior designers, and flooring experts through his sales experiences which serves our clients with an array of home upgrades and incentives that few real estate associates can match.   We've lived in Naples for the past 10 years in different neighborhoods and can give you an insiders perspective to buying or selling property here in Southwest Florida.  We have a unique market here in Collier and Lee County as our property values are greater, and the properties are more appealing in their location and construction.  Naples is a fabulous market for luxury homes, investment properties from large to small, commercial to residential.  Just to the north of Naples, new opportunities are arising in the Bonita Springs/Estero area which is booming with new construction and businesses.

Second, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. We do that.  Not all agents are full-time agents which means that their focus is not fully on real estate.  The search for real estate is something that requires daily preparation and research which we give to our clients.  There is more than just a full time commitment that you should require of your agent.  You should require innovation, expertise, as well as honest and intelligent effort.  You'll find that is the only way that we know how to work.
